We accept payment on our website via eGHL Online Payment Gateway – we accept online banking such Maybank2u, RHB Click, Affin Online and Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) issued by most major banks.
As of now, all the shipping can be only within street addresses in Malaysia excluding Sabah & Sarawak and all online purchases are to be shipped via GDex Courier services.
We strive to deliver your orders in shortest time possible. All the orders are in process as soon as the transaction is complete. All the order will be dispatch out in 1-3 working days to courier service provider once transaction completed and shipping by courier service would take about 3-7 working days to ship out the products to buyer.
*Any failed delivery due to incorrect information or no recipients, additional charges for reshipping will be imposed to the buyers.
* Kindly note that the delivery period is estimation and we are not able to guarantee the date of arrival which sometimes may be disrupted due to delivery issues at the courier.
We will process on the refund as soon as we received the product back in our warehouse with original packaging and price tag intact. The process of refund would takes about 7-14 days working days as it’s required to liaise with relevant partners & departments.

If you have received damage products or wrong products had being sent to you by mistake. We allow you to return your purchases within 14 days from the invoice date. The products must be in their original packaging with price tag intact.
